Nathan is a recent MFA graduate in Directing from the American Film Institute. His AFI thesis film, Tracks of Saints, has won many awards (including Best Director). He has an Honors Degree as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Writing and Directing for Theatre from Indiana State University.
With a past that sounds as incredible as one of his movies: Nathan grew up on a Native American Reservation in Yakima, Washington where his parents were missionaries working with the Reservation’s Orphanage.
From the Reservation, he and his family moved (when he was five) to Indiana where Nathan graduated from High School. He attended University for a couple of years before deciding to set out to see the world.
Nathan moved to San Diego for a few years before being scouted out as Fashion Model in Church. He then moved to Paris, France and spent the next nine years traveling the Fashion Circuit. Nathan has modeled for Armani, Versace, Byblos, Paul Smith, Ferre, Cerrutti, Hugo Boss, etc.
Always regretting not having completed his Undergraduate Degree, Nathan returned to Indiana State University, and not only graduated with a Bachelors in Writing and Directing for Theatre, but he also graduated with an Honors Degree and a 3.9 GPA as well.
Having always had his sights set on the Film Industry, Nathan’s first Short Film, Genes, earned him the opportunity to attend the American Film Institute’s Directing program. He then graduated AFI with an MFA in Directing. His AFI thesis film, Tracks of Saints, has won many awards (including Best Director).
Most recently, Nathan directed the Online Serialized Drama entitled, Compulsions.
