Bernie comes from a diverse background covering the media, arts, and technology. After majoring in Communications at the University of California San Diego, he went on to work in technology eventually landing a position at Google helping to develop it’s shopping engine. He eventually decided to pursue his entertainment goals and moved to Hollywood. He promptly studied at UCLA’s TV writers program and earned his certification in the field. He has a written a several pilots as well as produced and written for several web series before creating and writing Compulsions. He currently works as an Online Advertising Director running campaigns for Nike, K-Swiss, Patron, Scion, Bacardi, Nissan, Diesel and many others. Bernie is able to transcend seamlessly across the media, the production and the technology to push this series as far as it can go.
